On the Bay Accomodates up to 6 people

*5th person - inflatable or fold - up bed and linen pack $25 per night $75 per week.
High Season - Easter Week and X-mas / New Year fortnight - add %15 to nightly tariff

Bookings not secured by a deposit cannot be guaranteed.
A deposit is required within 7 days of placing a booking
Deposits can be made by credit card or direct credit to our bank account,.

Minimum 2 night bookings for high season, public holidays, regatta weekends and Seafood Festival
Please note: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 14 days notice or less will incur an administration fee of $100.00
All other cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00.
Failure to show will incur one nights accommodation cost.
All bookings can be transferred to a later date.
